Ryan is a Paul Smith's College graduate, with a 3-topic model Bachelor's in Natural Resource Conservation, Fisheries & Wildlife, and Forest Ecological Sciences. Ryan is an avid birder and fisherman with a comprehensive knowledge of Adirondack ecology and backcountry. He has worked as an avian researcher and bird bander and has contributed to research in the North Country.
Skilled in boats and canoes, and also certified in NYS water safety, NSC CPR/ First Aid, Ryan is excited to show you the best of the Adirondacks.
Ryan operates under ADK TrOutfitters, an organization working to expand the ecological conscience of Adirondack visitors through conservation science-based outdoor recreation to inspire stewardship of our natural capital within the Blue Line.

Nicole is a Paul Smith's graduate, with a Bachelor's in Integrative Studies focused on Ecological Forestry Management and Natural Resource Management and Policy. She works at Tupper Lake, NY's The Wild Center as a biologist. As a guide, she coordinates natural history experiences through immersive back country expeditions.

Bob Visicaro
Bob is a Paul Smith's College graduate, with a Bachelor's in Natural Resource Conservation and Management. He is a ADK 46'er, loves being in the woods or water, and is a member of Paul Smith's bass fishing team. Trained in Solo Professional CPR and NYS water safety, and well as being a wilderness first responder.

She is a biologist at The Wild Center, located in Tupper Lake, NY. As a guide, she coordinates natural history experiences through immersive backcountry expeditions with the goal of inspiring others to engage in conservation science. Nicole is a Certified Interpretive Guide through the National Association of Interpretation and loves the Adirondacks.

Bob is a Paul Smith's College graduate, with a Bachelor's in Natural Resource Conservation and Management. He is an Adirondack 46'er, loves being in the woods or on the water, and is the coach for the Paul Smith's College Bass Fishing Team. Bob is a Solo Wilderness First Responder, trained in Solo Professional CPR and NYS Water Safety. Bob will give you a complete Adirondack experience down to the very last detail.
